The controller of personal data is Nordia, računalniško programiranje d.o.o., Runarsko 1A, 1385 Nova Vas, Slovenia, info@nordia.si.
What we collect and why
Through the test partner application form we collect: full name, company, work email, country, approximate number of design engineers, approximate drawings per week, your answer about PTC Creo use, and an optional description of your process. We use this data solely to reply to your application and discuss possible cooperation. We don't send newsletters.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Retention
Form data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from submission, then deleted. If cooperation is agreed, data is kept as part of the contractual relationship.
Processors
Data is processed by our website hosting provider and our email service provider. We don't sell data and don't pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Send requests to info@nordia.si. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
