SERVICE FOR COMPANIES
Process automation systems
We build custom solutions for controlling and automating internal processes — where work is currently done by hand, in spreadsheets, or in tools that don't talk to each other.
Where the work stalls
Data is created in one tool and needed in another. In between sits a person retyping it. A spreadsheet five people edit at once. A task that runs when someone remembers it.
That works until volume grows. Then come duplicate entries, delays, and data that contradicts itself across tools. The question is no longer where the error is, but which version is correct.
Where we usually start
The areas where the effect shows soonest. Which of them apply to your company only becomes clear once we look at a specific process.
- MOVING DATA BETWEEN TOOLS
- What is retyped from one system into another today moves on its own.
- DOCUMENT PREPARATION
- Quotes, orders, reports and confirmations are generated from data the company already holds.
- REPORTING
- Numbers someone assembles by hand every week are available when they are needed.
- APPROVAL FLOWS
- Who approves, in what order and by when — recorded in the system, not in an understanding.
- CHECKS AND ALERTS
- Missing or inconsistent data is caught at entry, not at the next step.
- TRACEABILITY
- Who changed what and when stays on record without extra work.
How we work
01 Current state
We sit down with the people who run the process and record how it actually works — not how the procedure says it should.
02 Measurement
How long each step takes and where the errors arise. Without this, automation is guesswork.
03 Build
We automate the part where the effect is largest and leave the rest alone until it proves necessary.
04 Handover
Your team takes it over: documentation, training and an agreement on maintenance.

What this is not
We don't install a platform that forces the company to change how it works. The solution adapts to the process, not the other way round.
We don't automate a process that would be better simplified or dropped first. If that is the answer, we say so — even when it means a smaller project.
Where to start
Describe one specific process: who runs it, how long it takes and which tools are involved. We'll tell you whether automating it makes sense and where we would start.
